If I see any sort of Asian/Chinese/Thai salad on a menu, I order it – UNLESS it has cucumbers. I might be able to ask for “no cucumbers,” but it depends on where I am. If I don’t trust that they will “HOLD THE CUCUMBERS, PLEASE” then I just can’t order it.
Which makes me sad, because Asian influenced salads are my favorite.
So I will need to tell you about how I don’t like cucumbers, but not now. Maybe later.
I DO like this salad dressing though.
This is the perfect topper for Chicken Pad Thai Salad.
It’s also good on any other greens, rice, or noodles.
